Sweet Fruit Smoothie To Kickstart Your Day

Smoothies are a great way to “eat” healthy and get the nutrients you need! Plus, you can get a lot of variety and make them taste great, too.

Here’s one I think you’ll enjoy.


If you’re having trouble reading that, it’s as follows:


    1 medium avocado
    1 large apple
    1 lime (juice only)
    1 small green chili
    1.5 cm ginger, finely chopped
    150 ml (5 ounces) milk
    3 tbsp greek yogurt
    5 – 6 ice cubes

Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
