12 Days of Fitness Challenge

It’s that time of year. Everyone is BUSY! It’s tough to find time to get done the things you need to get done, let alone, get to the gym!

So here is your 12 Days of Fitness/Christmas (Fitmas?) Challenge, a minimal equipment, short workout every day for the next 12 days. This will keep working out a habit, and give you more energy for this busy time of season!

All you’ll need for these workouts is a little bit of space and either a single dumbbell or kettlebell.
