Keeping thing simple (that’s the point with the very busy holiday season, after all).


If you’re in fantastic shape and this seems easy to you (can you really do this without a break at all?) you can make it a little tougher.

Grab a kettlebell and do goblet squats. Or jump squats.

Try explosive push ups, clap push ups, spiderman push ups, etc.

This routine can be made challenging no matter what your current fitness level.
